Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Custom Products

Custom-designed or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery

• Provide clear photos and order details

• We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

• Hart Print Co. is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
